We moved into the White Rock area From Langley. After searching for a Pharmacy in White Rock, we found City Med. From the moment we walked through their doors we knew we had found the right place. Staff were very friendly and any questions we had or any prescriptions we needed, were speedily filled and also came with great instructions and advice from the Pharmacist. We love this Pharmacy.
My husband and I have had great experiences with the pharmacist and staff here. We've gotten multiple vaccines here and transferred all of our prescriptions as well. The pharmacist is efficient and thorough and greets us by name whenever we come in. All of the staff are friendly and customer service oriented. I highly recommend this pharmacy!!

I walked in on a Saturday morning and was able to speak to the pharmacist right away. His name is Jaykrishna Bhatt. He was very helpful and polite. He was able to set me up with a Dr. Appointment at 10:30 via the phone. The Dr. called me and had a prescription sent over to there pharmacy right away. I had gone to another clinic at 8am the same morning and there was already a 4 hr wait and the clinic was not open until 9. Standing room only. The CityMed Clinic is by far the best. My Dr. Retired and I needed a new Dr. They are taking me on and I am elated, as I was worried about not having a new Dr. I give them 5 Stars.

Extremely helpful at this pharmacy, they are really knowledgeable, and take time explaining everything thoroughly to you. I came on a holiday and 3 other pharmacies told me they couldn’t help me that day. The pharmacist also came out to the street to find me cause I was a little lost.

I walked into the pharmacy in the evening at around 6 pm as I needed to get a prescription. I was told a doctor will call the very next day for a phone appointment and exactly at the appointment time I received a call from the doctor. Its Sunday, and no walk-in clinics open nearby. I have a nagging ear infection. Found Citymed by accident, noted they supppot phone consults, scheduled a call via the website, described the issue, and waited for the call. When the Dr called an hour later, he confirmed my details, asked a few questions, and my prescription for ear drops was filled and available for pickup right away. The pharmacy personnel were very helpful. Great experience overall. Obviously, if you have an emergency go to the ER.

We needed rather urgent medical care for my son on a Sunday, when no other family practice was open in our area. CityMed Pharmacy was not only open, but pharmacist Jay is friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. He secured a phone appointment with a doctor later that same day and we were able to get help and medication. Great service, which is refreshing. And on a weekend! We will absolutely keep supporting this pharmacy and recommend others to do the same. We are so happy to have you in our neighbourhood.
